We offer a full after sales service. All our screens and ancillary equipment come with a 12 month warranty from the date of installation. Any warranty work must be undertaken by our in-house team of experienced mechanical and electrical engineers.

We also offer a full spares and repairs service for all screens and equipment supplied by ourselves. We retain comprehensive records for over 25 years, which enables us to identify each individual screen and its component parts. To allow us to find the relevant information, we simply require the screen site location and serial number.

Standard components for various screens, including Stormguard, Escalator and D-type screens are generally kept in stock at Longwood Engineering and can be supplied within a few days. Unique components are manufactured to order, but can usually be supplied within 3 weeks.

In addition to providing spare parts, we offer a full site service from initial inspection reports and quotations, to full refurbishment and upgrading of our screening equipment.
